Precision strives to be the best in customer care, and provide the highest quality products, and excellent service. Consequently, people have taken notice because the awards are starting to pile up. Below you will find some of the awards that Precision has acquired over the years. We hope to continue doing great business and that we will continue to receive these awards.

President’s Award by Carrier

Precision received this award in 2015 & 2018. Precision was the only HVAC Service.

The President’s Award, started in 2007, is Carrier’s highest honor for its dealers. This annual award is designed to encourage self-analysis and reward individuals who have excelled in customer relations. President’s Award recipients are businesses that far exceed Carrier’s high expectations, not only as a Carrier dealer but also as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer—who are held to an even more exacting set of standards. Carrier presents this award to companies they recognize and hold up to other dealers as an example of true excellence.

The criteria for winning the award include:

• Must be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.
• Be within the top 10-12% of HVAC dealers in the nation who exemplify leadership and management, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth, operational excellence, and delivering the best in cutting-edge technology to consumers.

Angie’s List Super Service Award

Precision has received this award in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Each year, Angie’s List awards this honor to companies that have provided outstanding service based on member feedback from the previous year. The most recent award given was for the 2014 calendar year. Less than 5% of the companies on the List earned this distinction.

The criteria for winning the award include:

• An “A” average on reviews received in 2014 and an “A” overall rating.
• Good standing with Angie’s List.

Dealer of the year by Carrier

Precision has received this award in 2013.

This is the top award given to the top rated Carrier dealer in the Austin metro area.

The criteria for winning the award include:

• To earn this award a company has to maintain the highest quality customer service, have the fewest warranty claims, which means the work we perform for our customer’s is top notch quality with minimal issues
• We must attend all factory training classes, which ensures that our techs/installers have the knowledge to properly service your system.
• In addition to the aforementioned we must meet many other stringent distributor specific requirements.

Growth leader of the Year by Carrier

Precision has received this award in 2011, and 2013.

We are a member of the BBB, have earned the Super Service Award from Angie’s list several years and are the rave on several social media outlets! Due to our popularity we have had an increase in business which has surpassed that of any other Carrier dealer in the Austin metro area earning us the Growth Leader award. Great customer service goes a long way.

Top Infinity Sales by Carrier

Precision received this award in 2013.

This award is given to the company with the highest sales of Carrier’s premier Infinity line. When total comfort is an absolute must then there is no substitute. Precision Heating & Air employs Nate & NCI certified technicians/installers to ensure that your investment is properly installed and serviced to extend it’s life expectancy.

The criteria for winning the award include:

• Top Sales in the Metroplex of Carrier Infinity series products
• Highest level of professional installation and customer support.
